1. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices in the online store are stated in NOK.
With us you can pay both by invoice and card via Klarna Checkout. Fast, safe and easy.
Conditions for deferred payment of invoices can be found in the checkout.
2. SHIPPING
We have fixed shipping of xx,- and free shipping on orders over xx,-
Most orders are on their way to you within 3 days of ordering.
You also have the option of choosing a different delivery address than your private address.
Always check the goods when you receive them. If the goods are damaged during transport, this must be reported to the delivery point on the same day the goods are received.
Packages that are not picked up and are therefore returned to us will be charged for the costs this entails. Up to 500,-
3. RETURNS
You always have a 14-day full right of return when you shop with us. You are allowed to change your mind.
The cancellation period runs from the day you receive the goods. Always keep the original packaging until you have decided to keep the product.
If you want to cancel your purchase, you are responsible for the shipping costs yourself. Fill out the attached cancellation form and send the package to:

4. COMPLAINT
Are your goods damaged? Please take a picture and send us an email, and we will help you.
This means that you can either have the goods repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the goods.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with returning the goods, when the complaint is justified.
When you want to complain about a product, always contact us by email before sending the goods.
In the case of transport damage, the deadline in point 2 applies. The damage must be reported on the same day the goods are received.
