This privacy policy applies to all business processes in Research And Development Enterprise RADE, hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller.
The declaration provides information about data processing carried out by the Data Controller and determines the purpose and means of the processing as well as the data processing we undertake on behalf of our customers based on their instructions.
Processing of personal data is necessary for us to fulfill our contractual obligations and serve you as a customer. Personal data may also be used for the following purposes: Sales, customer service contact, marketing, information, accounting. When marketing via email/SMS, explicit consent is obtained in advance.

If you have objections regarding our handling of privacy, you also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Authority.

Information that is collected
Information can be recorded and stored when you register on www.myrade.shop, when you are in contact with sales and support either via email, chat, or when you use our services.
Where do we store information about you – and where do we share your information with others?
Our e-commerce platform is provided by Mystore.no AS, and data is stored in their cloud services at Amazon Cloud Services (AWS) data center in Ireland.
Subcontractors
The data controller also uses services provided by third parties. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information may be stored.
Vipps:
If you pay with Vipps in the online store (or our physical store), your phone number will be sent to Vipps for further identification.
Klarna:
If one pays with Klarna in the online store, personal information such as email, name, address, and personal identification number will be shared with Klarna for credit.
Gsuite by Google:
Gsuite by Google is used, among other things, for handling email, documents (G Drive). Information is stored in these systems and email correspondence or documents may be stored in Gsuite by Google.
Zendesk:
Zendesk is our system for handling email and chat correspondence. All incoming and outgoing emails as well as chat dialogues are stored in Zendesk.
Mailmojo:
Mailmojo is used for email marketing or sending newsletters. Names and emails may be shared with Mailmojo.
Google Analytics:
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visit patterns are stored.
Tripletex AS:
Tripletex is our accounting system and data necessary for bookkeeping is stored here. Typically Name/address/orders/invoices.
Mystore Cash Register:
We use Mystore Cash Register as the cash solution in our physical store. Information related to your order is stored in Mystore Cash Register.
Adyen:
If a payer uses Visa or Mastercard in our physical store, personal information such as card number will be sent to Adyen for processing the payment.
Logistra:
Logistra is our supplier of EDI solutions. When you shop in our online store, information such as name, phone number, and address will be shared with Logistra for the printing of shipping letters and transport labels.
Bring:
We send packages with Bring and thus share information related to shipping such as name, phone number, and address.
Postnord:
We send packages with Postnord and thus share information related to shipping such as name, phone number, and address.
Crall.io:
Crall is our system for handling chat correspondence, as well as features such as abandoned shopping carts, birthday greetings, and visit patterns.
Crall.io is also used to send out order confirmations and emails, and name and address information related to the order confirmation is thus shared with them. Technology from Crall.io is also used to generate product recommendations. The product recommendations are based on visit patterns and order history that are stored for up to a year.
Communication through email and SMS
As a customer, you will receive emails and SMS regarding your customer relationship. For example, we will send you emails/SMS related to orders you have placed, SMS with tracking numbers, forgotten passwords, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as legitimate interest and consent will not be requested.
We also use email for marketing and communication. As a customer of the Data Controller, you will occasionally receive newsletters as long as you have given active consent to it. It is possible to unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails.
Access and correction.
You have the right to access the information that is registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending a request to sales@myrade.shop. If the registered information is incorrect or incomplete, you can demand that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
Storage and deletion
Information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was created will be deleted from our systems.
